The staff are very friendly, I like them.

It's just a shame that the TV in Favhotel's class is like the neighbor's TV. It's not yet a Smart TV. Plus, the TV screen color needs to be fixed, basically, the TV really needs to be replaced. The suggestion is that all rooms have Smart TVs, because most people who stay at the hotel prefer to spend their time in their rooms.

The room is clean, the service is good, the location is very strategic.

I stayed for 2 nights, just to borrow plates and glasses, I was charged a fee, the variety of food in the restaurant was limited, the toaster was broken

The service is friendly, the rooms are small but comfortable, the food has a little variety, access to the city is easy, it is quite comfortable for transit.

Nice and cool and comfortable, suitable for families who want to travel

This is our second time staying at this Fave hotel in Depok. This time we got a room on the 5th floor. The door key card was not very sensitive and had to be tried several times before the door would open. We finally reported this to the front office and they helped us scan a new card (problem solved). The bed sheets were slightly unclean (still had stains), please improve the cleanliness of the sheets. Since only smoking rooms were available, it was slightly uncomfortable for us and the cigarette smell clung to our clothes :( The hotel parking lot is very limited; perhaps improvements could be made in the future. The prayer room was clean and prayer equipment was available. The indoor AC unit in room 521 is noisy; please fix it. Overall, for a budgeted hotel, the facilities are quite good Thank you

The hotel staff is friendly, it's easy to get everywhere, there's a wide selection of restaurants, free parking, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommended. 🥰

Affordable, the rooms are also comfortable and classy

The location is quite strategic. I imagined this Fave in Depok to be similar to the Fave in one of the cities in Indonesia where I have stayed, which is comfortable and clean. However, unfortunately, the elevator to the room when I went up and down, smelled not at all pleasant even though there was an air freshener installed in the elevator. Then, regarding the comfort of the room, the sheets and blanket looked shabby, even the blanket still smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom sink connection table also looked dull and unkempt because the color had faded. My room was connected and not soundproof because I could clearly hear the guests next door talking or laughing. Although initially I had requested soundproofing because I needed to stay at Fave Depok for a visit and I would be taking an exam at the embassy the next day. The breakfast buffet also did not have many choices and many menu items were empty. The service to add menus was also slow even though there were not many guests when I arrived. The cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant were also not maintained even though there were many staff. There were several tissues and food dropped under the buffet table. Just for your information, the price per night at Fave Hotel Depok is only slightly different from nearby 4-star hotels, but the service is far from 4-star, including the breakfast selection, staff friendliness, tidiness, cleanliness, and comfort. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, and every guest's feedback will be taken into account. Thank you.

For 500 thousand, it's okay, but the breakfast is just so-so, but it's suitable, it's close to CFD, there are lots of cute cafes, and it's also close to the hotel.
