The service is okay, breakfast is complete, all the staff are really nice. The typical Palembang breakfast is complete, Alhamdulillah it feels like Eid at home, because from ketupat, typical Palembang cakes, etc. are very complete, Stayed here for 2 days was fun, Moreover, the price is really affordable, If I go to Palembang again, I guarantee I will come back here.

Friendly staff, strategic location, spacious & shady parking because it is in the basement, delicious & varied breakfast, only the room is not too soundproof. What makes me happy is that when I made a reservation, I made it to celebrate a birthday, but when I checked in, I was really given a birthday cake. Thank you the excelton, next time I will come again to stay

The service here is amazing, it's very fast.

When I stayed, there was a noisy renovation in the next room, it was very disturbing but the hotel ignored my complaint to ask for compensation for a room upgrade, therefore the hotel should not have renovated the room when there were hotel guests, it really disturbed my comfort. A 5-star hotel doesn't respect hotel guests, very disappointing service!

Overall it is very good, a little addition if possible for the size of the restaurant to be slightly enlarged so that it is not too cramped when there are many guests. 👍🏻👌🏻

I ordered a king bed but got a double bed, or is it my fault, but in other places king beds are not like this lol
