Stayed in room 327, the bathroom was not clean, the AC waste water flowed into the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty all the time, the cleanliness was lacking, the AC was not cold at all, the hot shower water was just so-so, felt disappointed with the price of the hotel and the facilities available. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future

The hotel staff was very friendly in helping with the check-in process.

For the size of the family room, it is very comfortable because it is spacious and the bed is also spacious, it can be used to stay with children. It's just a shame that in the morning, the water is very slow, maybe together with other guests. The breakfast menu is also not very varied, there is only rica chicken and clear vegetable soup. My first experience staying here, the room was already locked, suddenly a hotel staff opened the door. Please be more careful for hotel employees, check first before opening the hotel room.

I don't know if 9 o'clock was too late or what, so for breakfast there was only rice, chicken and these vegetables. The AC drain was channeled to the bathroom and made the bathroom flooded, it was too noisy, the room, sheets, bed cover, pillows and chairs were quite dirty. Maybe it can be fixed again

We and 2 other guests could only eat the remaining breakfast. White rice, vegetable sauce, fried chicken pieces, the chili sauce is finished. Employees don't refill even though they know we're out of stock.

The room was neat but dirty (just entering the floor was really dirty and there were ants). In the room there is coffee, tea, sugar, glasses without spoons. Bathroom safe. The officers were noisy that morning around the room corridor, I didn't know what they were doing or what they were talking about but it was really noisy. The people at the breakfast place are smoking-free, which is very annoying because the room is closed 👎.

Comfortable enough for those traveling for a short time, the facilities are quite good.

Dari awal masuk stafnya kurang ramah tambah dikasih kamar yang berantakan banget gak dibersihin. Ya itu namanya kamar gak ready malah dikasih ke pengunjung berikutnya. Next time lebih teliti lagi ya, untuk diperiksa dan dipastikan dulu kamarnya sebelum dikasih ke pengunjung.

Tempatnya bagus, hanya kamarnya kurang terawat dengan baik (agak kotor dan lantai agak berdebu). AC kurang dingin, fasilitas seperti stop kontak hanya 1 di ruangan kamar dan 1 di kamar mandi (harusnya di ruangan kamar minimal 5, seperti hotel lainnya). Mohon maaf Atia New. Semoga segera dibenahi agar tamu-tamu merasa nyaman dan betah tinggal lebih lama 🙏🏻. Terima Kasih.

Food is taken at the reception, it should be delivered to the room even though it's only fried noodles on the steorofor.

There were only 2 employees, the lift had died, the room key was problematic and breakfast was only buns and coffee / tea.
