The rooftop is best at night, suitable for dinner, delicious food and drinks

The hotel staff on night shift played games while serving at reception, the room was full of cockroaches, the bathroom floor was slippery.

The staff was very helpful, but the in-room entertainment options such as TV channels and room amenities such as drinking water were very lacking.

view and room not according to order in traveloka I booked a room.. there was a special request in the application.. I asked for 1 bed... instead given 2... and got a view that was not according to request... then the room AC leaked.. TLP service to room service was also rude.. the consumer had not finished talking and was immediately hung up and even worse.. there were neighbors next door.. who brought a lot of families... sitting, lying down and telling stories in a loud voice and making noise at night in front of the door of other hotel guests' rooms.. not reprimanded..or prohibited because it disturbed the comfort of other hotel guests... Please ensure that visitors must get good comfort in your hotel...Please pay more attention to the service and service.. thank you

Best place for staycation! Located in central of jayapura city, made this hotel are perfect. The location close to harbor, so the view are incredible. Good and humble staff who always provide excellent service, affordable price, and of course good room space.
