I checked in and went straight to the room but there were no towels, no mats, no hair dryer, the room also had a bad smell. I called the receptionist saying there were no towels and mats and I also wanted a hair dryer, because I wanted to go out again so I called again and said for towels, mats and hair dryers to go straight to the room because I wanted to go. After almost 3 hours I left and came back, my room still had no towels etc. I called again, they said yes, wait a moment, it will be delivered soon. I waited for half an hour without any, finally I went downstairs to ask for towels etc. and it took so long, how could the receptionist say "wait a minute ma'am, we'll get the towels from another room first" what?! Then the towels etc. were delivered to me in the lobby, I took the towels etc. to my room myself, Then after taking a shower I went back to the hotel it was already midnight and the hair dryer was no longer in my room. They just took it and went into my room. Worse, when I asked why, "it's hotel policy ma'am, hair dryers can only be borrowed for 1 hour". This hotel management is truly terrible. Remember, I will never stay here again. I pay to get the appropriate facilities, enjoy and be happy, not to get a bad experience like the one I got here.
