The hotel is clean, friendly, and close to Unair's Campus C. I'll be back to stay again someday.

I like staying here because it's easy to reach, has ample parking, and is quite clean.

I've stayed here many times. Ample parking, clean, and cool rooms, and it's worth the price. The only downside is that it's far from Tunjungan, but it's close to Dharmahusada, with its culinary delights that are just as good!

Overall, the hotel was comfortable, although the corridor lights were a bit dim. The food was also delicious.

When I unloaded my stuff from the car, they just stared at me. When I finished unloading my stuff, they asked where I was parked and what I needed. The staff showed no interest or intention to serve me at all.

The children and wife are very happy because it is close to campus C.

The hotel is nice, next to it is a dim sum and steamed buns seller, there is also a coffee shop in the hotel area, unfortunately there is no swimming pool

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

Nice hotel, clean and large room. Great value. Location in the main street and easily to park the car. But perhaps parking facility can be upgraded more. And add the pool would be great too.

Once a month I go to the Dafam Pacific Caesar Hotel because I have treatment at the Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran Hospital, which happens to be very close. Everything is okay, the food, service, and cleanliness. Hopefully, things will get better in the future...

Hotel staff and cleanliness are very good

Everything is good and I regularly stay at the Dafam Hotel almost every weekend.

The only downside is that the parking area for two-wheeled vehicles doesn't have a roof, so during the rainy season, vehicles can get wet. Overall, everything is fine.

Every moment in Dafam the best.

Disappointing, I can't leave a delivery at the receptionist for a while, even though I'm still in the toilet to relieve myself. Can't I just take it for a while?
