Room service, cleanliness, and food menu service do not match the price.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable location, not noisy, and delicious breakfast. Parking is also spacious. Check in is fast and not difficult, so is check out.

The hotel staff is friendly, and fast response, only the TV has no broadcast, breakfast please have many choices so that it matches the room rate and is not subject to additional costs. Everything is top, next time I will come again to invite relatives & friends🙏

Very disappointed. Hopefully the service at the place can be improved. Starting from the information to check out. Especially about the charge for our 2 small children who were in the same room. Very disappointed.

In my entire life staying with family, I have never been charged for my small children. This is the first time I have been charged. If you really want to be charged, you should inform me earlier, don't just inform me when you are about to check out. Very disappointed!!

I came here in 2018 because it was comfortable. Ehhh in 2024 I came here hoping to be able to swim on Sunday. And it turned out that Saturday afternoon the swimming pool was still dirty. And on Sunday morning the pool water had just been treated and in the end my child only swam in the very small pool, because the staff said he was afraid of itching. Anyway, this guest house doesn't seem to have any intention at all. The pillows are also flat. The breakfast is also very minimal 😂 I'm fed up. BTW, even though I got a price of only 371,000, it was a dud this weekend

The place is comfortable & fun, the city light view is better than the pool view.

Hot water sometimes doesn't work. When asking for an invoice, it's not served.

The owner & management were very unhelpful when I wanted to extend, the receptionist said it was not allowed, but finally I did it through the application, but because I was still sleepy in the morning, I ended up choosing the wrong date, I immediately reported it to the receptionist to get a policy on changing the date, Traveloka said it was okay, but the management didn't want to approve it, very disappointing.
