The room key doesn't work and no replacement key is provided so if you want to enter the room you have to call an employee first to open it.

Even though there are few guests, breakfast should still be served at the buffet. There have been no breakfast twice even though I am a regular customer here.

Actually, I should have stayed at Carein but when I arrived, the hotel was full. Then I was moved to Panda Hotel. Panda Hotel is still new, quite clean but the hotel's strategy is far from the crowd.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, suitable for those visiting Merauke.

Lantai Kamar kotor, peralatan sikat gigi bekas tamu tidak dibersihkan/tidak dibuang. Tidak disediakan sikat gigi dan saat didiminta juga tidak direspon sampai hari kedua.
