It was very unpleasant, as the occupants were unable to freely use the toilet in their room due to the lack of water. This was very disappointing. Without water, the occupants had to hold their bowel movements for a long time (more than 3 hours without any sign of water, despite having complained to the receptionist).
Therefore, I deeply regret the high cost, receiving services like a boarding house that costs Rp. 200,000/month, so it doesn't deserve to be called a 3-star hotel.
Clearly, we are very disappointed.
