Pertama kali sampai hotelnya, udah disuguhkan dengan ambience yang enakk!! area hotelnya nyaman semua disetiap sudut, buat yang hari hari kerja dan sumpek, pas banget sih staycation disini. kamarnya super luas, aminitiesnya oke semua, sarapanya bervariasai, dann karwayan nyaa very helpful.

The hotel is in Lembang so the surrounding was beautiful, the staff and receptionist were helpful and warm. Although they weren’t thoughtful enough to fill the body wash and the shampoo. Overall we’re felt satisfied with the stay because of the facilities. The pool was clean, the food restaurant was really nice (didn’t) expect it.

The apartment unit is very comfortable and spacious and has a good design, separate bedroom and bathroom, it's a shame the air is polluted because of burning rubbish in the area in front of the hotel.

The place is great. The room is not clean enough but overall is good. The bathroom is okay, the heat is good even tho you have to wait a few minutes until the water is hot enough. The food is good. Suit for a couple who wants to have nature experience.

The experience was pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, the price was also affordable.

first time here, quite clean & spacious room, cute swimming pool for kids, there is also a mini playground, standard breakfast, no complaints, easy access, close to Indomart

The location is quite strategic, the hotel atmosphere is also serene, the service is very friendly, only the restaurant is small, breakfast is taken at the restaurant, eat in the room & the suggestion is not to go there during the rainy season

Our stay offered a spacious apartment-style room with a generously sized bathtub, which proved to be an unexpected entertainment spot for kids during a rainy day. However, the hotel experience was marred by a significant fly problem, particularly in the restaurant area where we had breakfast. The hotel seemed ineffective in managing the issue, merely placing a small candle that did little to deter or reduce the fly population. While the room itself was comfortable, the persistent insect presence was a notable drawback that detracted from our overall dining and relaxation experience.

The hotel staff is very friendly, responsive and fast in handling. We ordered a medium bathtub room because there was a problem in our room at the beginning, we were immediately moved to the drum room, of course it was a very good experience and impression on our wedding anniversary day. So far okay, friendly staff, comfortable and clean hotel. But the medium room in the photo should have a sofa, my room doesn't have one, hehe but so far okay.

Wow, I'm so lucky to find a hotel as comfortable as this. The atmosphere is serene, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. I'll be back again.

When I first entered the room, I could really smell the dust and it was a bit musty. So when I slept, it was a bit hard to breathe because I am allergic to dust. The color of the pillow (white) already looked unclean and dull. The water from the shower was also very small so it took a long time to take a shower. Then because this area is like a forest, it is natural that there are insects or flies. But this was quite disturbing during breakfast, because there were so many flies hanging out on the sofa, oh my. Hopefully the cleanliness and comfort can be improved.

Good service, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, clean. Just a few notes. The bed makes a creaking sound. The water tap in the jacuzzi has a small flow.
