The staff is friendly and responsive. I asked for a morning call at 3 a.m. and was actually called until I woke up.

The staff was helpful. I checked in late at night because I ran out of transportation from the airport. But the staff was responsive and the room was already cool.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with check-in, the food menu in the restaurant is also varied and the hotel is strategically located close to the mall too.

We got a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. However, the staff promptly switched us to another room when informed of the situation.

A comfortable hotel for families

My preferred hotel every time having a business trip to Medan. The location is near the city and close to many awesome food choices in Medan. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of food choices from local to western. The room is also clean and nice to have a good night's sleep. Thanks for all staff services @FAVE HOTEL MEDAN.
