The hotel is nice, luxurious, yet affordable. The room decor is nice, not scary, and the rooms are spacious. It's cool.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is quite accessible, there are many room options, the hotel interior is beautiful, and the staff is also friendly. The restaurant is on the 10th floor, the view is nice and the menu is quite varied. The parking area is not very spacious but valet service is provided. However, yesterday when we stayed, the corridor from the elevator exit to the room had a slightly damp smell (6th floor). But overall, it's okay and recommended.

The hotel staff, from the entrance to the restaurant, were very helpful. The hotel and its surroundings were comfortable, making it a great place for a morning walk. Unfortunately, the women's shower room, which is located near the pool, has a different floor level, causing me to fall and injure my leg. Please fix this.

Overall, the service was good: the staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the building and decor were nice, the location was strategic, not far from the city center, and there were plenty of eateries around the hotel. The downsides, in my opinion, were that the bathroom in the deluxe room was very small, and the breakfast at the restaurant was lacking.

The room was very clean. The sheets and bedcover were stained. The curtains were torn and moldy. The room was private, but housekeeping could enter and exit without permission using a master key.

The swimming pool is really nice with views of various mountains 🥰

Food: Breakfast has a wide selection and is delicious. Staff Assistance: All staff are friendly and responsive. I requested food and cutlery delivery, and it was delivered directly to my room. Highlights: Enjoying the cool Bandung air, with a jacuzzi and views of the city. Price: Worth it. Location: Close to one of Bandung's legendary streets, Dipatiukur.

At the Art Deco, you'll find friendly service, excellent room amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. It's also convenient to the city center and entertainment venues.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is fast. However, the TV in the room is difficult to operate. Please update the TV's accessibility to make it easier.

It's a nice place, the vibe is chill and cozy, the TV has Netflix and YouTube, and there is a private jacuzzi which is nice and clean.
