A comfy place to stay and a delicious meal to enjoy

It's very comfortable when you enter the room with its aromatherapy, and everything is neat and clean.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the food is also very delicious.

Breakfast Is very good especially boild egs, krecek, lupis and Americano coffee

The hotel is close to everywhere, my husband and I just happened to have a culinary trip in the city center... and also only 1 night... the hotel is comfortable, we slept soundly... the only drawback is that the parking access is a bit far... but luckily we always ask for parking for our car to be provided in front of the hotel entrance and it happened to be possible because if it was behind or in the front yard of the hotel it would be quite far. Solusi valley is also possible.

All is good, only there is no spacey room for disability. For disability room, the size is the same as other room. While when you bring luggage and wheelchair, the space is too small that I had to ask the hotel to take out the chair, so I can mobilise my wheelchair. So please have a more spacey room for disability. The rest is good!

Everything is great, especially if the TV is a smart TV, it would be even better. Overall, I was very satisfied staying at the Grand Keisha.

I just felt uncomfortable in the room. I got a room that was not comfortable, not in the class of a 4-star hotel. The sheets were outdated, the power plugs were broken. The wallpaper on the walls was leaking. The toilet kept running, maybe it needs to be repaired. But regarding the hotel staff, they were all friendly. The food was delicious.

All the staff are friendly, greeted every time we meet. The room is wow, spacious, feels luxurious, even though I booked the most affordable room, but I was really surprised by the interior, etc. Breakfast is very satisfactory, it feels really taken care of, not just a lot but the taste is just like other hotels. For a hotel in its class, Keisha is the best. No regrets. 10/10 would revisit. The location is very strategic.

The room was very neat. I chose a queen-size bedroom at that time, they gave me the highest floor, and I loved it for that. Amazingly, the food was cheap but so tasty. Please, keep your quality up.

For the service of the hotel staff and cleanliness are already good. The taste of the food is very subjective, so according to my tongue it's okay. However, regarding the Wi-Fi facility, I really complain. Wi-Fi is not well covered in all areas, including in the room. And what's worse, after 12:00 midnight the Wi-Fi automatically disconnects [this is what really annoys me]. On top of that, the internet speed is only 40 to 50 Mbps. This is really bad in my opinion for a 4-star hotel class. Most are already standard 100Mbps [better 200Mbps]. Internet connection is now a necessity. So, for users who work remotely; I don't recommend staying here. Sorry I gave 2 stars.

The most comfortable hotel while in Jogja, the staff is super friendly, very helpful! The welcome drink is also healthy and the food is very delicious, nothing is bland, everything tastes great! The room is very comfortable and clean, you definitely don't have to hesitate because I'm a regular at Grandkeisha, love it!

All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very varied. Unfortunately, requests for connecting rooms couldn't be accommodated, as the two rooms had twin beds.
