When you first check in, you get the impression that this hotel has a lot of bad management. I booked 2 rooms with one room type 2 beds (twin but on the app it says double), then in the other room I had a queen bed (which means it's 1 big bed, not 2 made into 1) and it turned out that I was told that in this hotel all the beds are 1 bed. and big. Different from the display in the application. When I entered the room the AC wasn't cold (it was colder in the lobby), the AC remote was also off so it couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom was dirty and especially the end of the shower, it seemed like it had never been cleaned, there was a lot of black dirt and the water was also not running smoothly/not fast, the shower and the corners of the bathroom floor were black and full of dirt. The walls of the rooms are not clean and the facilities in the rooms are rarely maintained. We stayed 3N/4D, I felt like on the first day I wanted to just get a refund (if possible and the app should provide that if the room doesn't match the display and there are lots of complaints, customer service comes first). The next morning when we wanted to have breakfast, something happened to the breakfast service process and in the end we decided it would be better to just eat out (the second day until checkout we didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel). There is more. When asked to be cleaned, the room was not cleaned by the staff, even when we returned from the hotel it was already late at night, we were tired and had to deal again with the hotel to ask them to immediately clean the room which had not been cleaned. In essence, we were very disappointed staying at this hotel and would never want to book here again (just gave up). Our advice is that it would be good for those of you who are planning to stay at this hotel to think twice, we just have to experience this. Hopefully there will be improvements in management in the future. Very sad stay here!
