The bathroom needs to be renovated, it's dark and dirty, the view around it is nice.

Overall the room and the hotel atmosphere are pleasant, but the breakfast could be looked at again because there is not much variety and it is standard.

The best view to Lake Batur and Mount Batur, quite clean old hotel, the price is a bit expensive for the facilities offered, not suitable for disabled. But all is understandable if you want to get the best view to the lake and mountain.

There was no announcement or information from the hotel staff that there were stray dogs around the hotel. So our 4 pairs of shoes were eaten by dogs. And the hotel staff informed that customers' shoes often go missing. Well, it has happened repeatedly, but there is no action or information. And there is no compensation at all.

This room is for my 70-year-old parents, before I bought it here, I confirmed to several hotels about the safety of the stairs for the elderly. The chat response from Lakeview was the best. The staff on the ground were also very kind, friendly and pleasant. Room with beautiful view, my parents were very very happy. The restaurant for breakfast is also very beautiful. The breakfast menu is just ordinary. Overall, if I go to Kintamani, I will stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. The view is nice, the staff is friendly. However, the hand shower doesn't have hot water but fortunately there is still a rain shower with hot water that still works. The bathroom area is still dirty. The drawer in the bathroom is not completely cleaned. The water kettle is a little rusty.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, good lighting, strong culture, hotel with a very nice view. Thank God I still got a deluxe room, open the balcony door and be greeted by a view of the mountains, lakes and clouds.

the view is very amazing, the service is very friendly and pleasant, the room is clean and the air is so cool and refreshing, the food is varied and delicious, for the new deluxe room type, we get breakfast with a place in the best view of the mountain and lake batur. The menu is varied and free to choose everything on the menu. next time it will still be our choice if we go back on vacation to Kintamani^^

Strategic location, clean, comfortable and good service

Old but gold, clean, nice view, nice staffs, there were not many guests but still got a buffet breakfast. Hopefully the hotel will get many visitors in the future.

very easy access, the view is the best, the staff is friendly. only the door frame is a bit damaged on the inside so it can't be closed normally, it has to be locked.

that's was nice.. but before when we check in there's no staff in the lobby.. there's maybe because we already came late night to check in.. but fortunately the security wake up and help us to check in.. maybe just as a suggestion in the future there will be staff standing guard until the night in the lobby.. and also pay more attention to cleanliness from flies because they get into the food.. thank you.. 😉

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location has a very good view, to Mount Batur and Lake Batur.

I was very disappoint with frontman when check in. He promise me I'll get upgrade room if I take room immediately. But when I get there he tell cannot get upgrade and I should stay in very old room and the toilet very bad odor. Deceitful. And he didn't apologize. The other staff was good service and helpful. I don't know what kind room he give me. My friend and I cannot sleep. The ambience was horror and very old. Sorry but you guys should improve hospitality.

Location, location and super strategic location to enjoy the beauty of the Kintamani area. We can even enjoy the sunrise from inside the room, the amenities are sufficient. Breakfast is not bad, perhaps there could be more variety because during the 3 night stay there was no change in the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing! Lastly, I don't recommend standard rooms, just add a little to the class above.

The staff was very kind and fulfilled all our requests. But it's a shame, fortunately, the room facilities haven't been updated on Traveloka. He said there was a bathtub but apparently there wasn't one. That's all. The rest is best.

Its not good for family. Under expectation. Never comeback Again.
