Have stayed here several times because the location is close to my child's school.

Location is easy to find because we arrived at night. Overall good, service is also good & friendly. Food is delicious, overall good 👍 We love staying here.

Overall good, just cleanliness needs to be improved.

It's been several times we've been to this hotel and thank God it's still good and comfortable, especially since it's close to the boarding school. So it will still be our choice when visiting the children.

When I stayed there, I left early in the morning before 6 am, and I requested that breakfast be brought forward. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me the option to have it taken away with a ready-made menu.

The room was dirty as if it wasn't cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The porridge tasted burnt.

the staff is friendly and the food is delicious and has many choices. it's really worth it

plus minus of this hotel: + • the hotel location is really strategic, close to minimarkets, recreation areas, around the hotel there are also many street vendors with affordable prices. • the hotel location is also easily accessible because it is right at point 0 of the highway • all staff are male, during my stay I did not find any female staff there • the room size is spacious, quite large • super duper friendly and very helpful service this is what makes me feel sorry: - • the lobby area is dark and looks dirty • many hotel furniture looks worn out but is still used • the hallway/hallway of the room is dark, so it looks scary • the room, many of the furniture in the room are damaged, the wardrobe is dirty and not maintained. the mattress blanket is neat, only dirty and dusty. the curtains are also stained. the room windows are really dirty, dusty and stained, the room floor uses finyl but pliket, dusty and uncomfortable if you take off your shoes. amenities are not available and incomplete, I had to ask for towels because they were not provided, the only amenities available are toothbrushes and mini toothpaste, tea coffee and water heater which fortunately works. soap is only provided in used bottles of hand soap without shampoo. the hot water shower is also rare so the hot water runs out easily. the bathroom door hinges are also not working. • the room light near the door cannot be turned off, because my family is used to sleeping in the dark and this is quite disturbing • there is a telephone but it doesn't work. • the room walls are also full of stains • the air conditioner is still on, can't be turned off • for morning breakfast, the taste of the food is standard to below, there are not many menu variants served, many cutlery are dirty with lots of dry stains that are not washed properly. drinking glasses for juice are made of melamine, not glass, the restaurant area is also dark, so it looks dirty too. actually this hotel is quite good, it's just that it is very poorly maintained, hopefully the hotel management will make many changes in the future. thank you

For that price, it's not worth it. The room and bathroom are dirty, lots of dust. Not comfortable.

friendly hotel staff, helpful when checking in, affordable price, delicious breakfast, strategic location. maybe it needs to be implemented at breakfast, leftover food needs to be fined because it is wasteful

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights Day 1, what we felt.. The lobby area looked poorly maintained, seen from the floor which looked a bit dirty. During breakfast there was food that fell on several spots on the floor, but was left by the staff (not immediately cleaned), the condition of the restaurant where breakfast was served looked poorly maintained, not well organized, several lights in the corridor of the room were dead and not immediately replaced so there was a dark area when we walked in the corridor, the interior of the room paint had many small gray stains on the walls of the room and some of the paint was peeling off..so it looked a bit dirty and poorly maintained. There were stains on the bed sheets. Room amenities were very lacking: Only 1 towel was given per room, the soap was not clearly labeled whether it was shampoo or bath soap or hand soap. Didn't get the plus side, the staff were friendly and the hotel location was quite good The minus conditions above made our family uncomfortable, so we wanted to check out immediately but what a shame, we had already booked 2 nights. For a 3-star hotel, we feel that this hotel is below the service standard. Hopefully in the future this hotel can improve

highly recommended for transit, spacious room, fairly large bed, only the cleanliness of the floor is still dusty. good staff response. hopefully it will continue to improve

The toilet was dirty, the towels were wet even though we had just entered, and there were cockroaches on the room table, the place was not aesthetic at all, like a horror hotel, I will never return to this hotel again.

Overall, my family and I are quite happy staying here because the price is not too expensive on weekends but the facilities are quite complete. It's just a shame that facilities such as the cupboard don't work properly. For the others, so far it's quite worth it with the price given. This hotel could be an option for me and my family if we need to stay again in Malang because it is close to my child's cottage.
