The location of the hotel is convenient, very near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. We reached around 10:30 am and the receptionist allowed us to check in early as our room was already available even though standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Friendly staff and good service. Hotel room also clean. Overall, it is a very satisfied experience and for sure we will come back to stay in this hotel again if we visit Batam.

Nagoyahill hotel is always my 1st choice when I visit batam, everything about hotel is nice including the staff & free breakfast. Location also very good as is Infront of the shopping mall & there 's lots of massage therapy around.

Very strategic location. Want to shop, just do a somersault. Comfortable, clean, great hotel. The food is also delicious.

Signs of aging and poor maintenance is showing up. There was a stain on the bed runner and some sort of sticky residue on the sofa on the first day we checked in- yikes! Housekeeping was prompt to remove them. Conveniently located next to the Nagoya Hill mall via a sheltered walkway from the 2nd floor of the hotel. Easy to get to other malls such as Grand Batam mall and a short fide from the Batam Centre ferry terminal. Breakfast spread was good with a selection of Chinese, Incontinental and Indonesian cuisine. If you are sick of the mall, cross the road and you can get to the 168 food court which is an open air place with stalls of food. Pretty worth a try! Won't say it is worth a 4 star rating given its condition but the location wins hands down.
