Facilities are as stated in the app. Fast check in process. Clean rooms. Friendly hotelier.

Only drink coffee only have Indonesian food.

The staff is very polite and friendly, the place is very clean.

The security service when we wanted to park until we wanted to go in to check in was less responsive, likewise when we left, there was no attention from security. In general, other services are good.

The hotel is quite good and clean. Breakfast arrangements are still lacking and we have to make a deposit, even though we have already paid in full. Maybe. It's cheaper to book directly than via the application.

The receptionist was so unfriendly and unprofessional. The room is loud and have lots of small insects in it.

The bathroom is not clean, the breakfast is not good but overall it's good.
