Have made a hotel reservation 4-5 in advance. Ready to transfer money (With proof of transfer), however, when arriving at the property, check-in. The staff couldn't find the booking. Causing to wait almost an hour, a lot of time wasted Because he traveled a long distance And the talk of the staff is not responsible in any way and told to contact the agent himself without any help. And still accusing us of failing to pay Until we have submitted a receipt to see To allow to stay And continue saying that tomorrow I don't know if I can rest Because the room is full (In spite of the booking, we have booked 2 nights) for the first time to stay, this hotel is considered very welcoming and service is not impressed and will not go again 👎🏻 We do not know what happened. It is because of the hotel system or agent

We were book for 3 days 2 night. However, we decided to leave on day 2. First impression of this hotel looked great from outside, but situation in the lobby is not comfy as we expected. The check in process is smooth, then we go to our room, passing the pool which is smelly and there are two dogs sitting near by. Lot of furniture inside our room is corrosion. The bed is quite good. One lamp in our room is off, then no technician able to fix. We tried to look for dinner near by our hotel, but very less option and they could not speak english well. Too bad, the phuket town is not good as we expected!

The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, but the staff don't have a service mind.
