Kids friendly, my family and I are very happy and comfortable while staying here. Always success for the management to improve the service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Not bad. Only the car parking needs to be evaluated, parking is not allowed in the basement, even though you need to arrange your luggage with a lot of luggage, it will disrupt traffic if it is in front of the hotel lobby.

Even though it's an old apartment, the service is excellent. Free parking, the staff is very helpful. Overall very recommended if you want to staying in cassablanca area.

Great place to stay, exceptional service, views & location to downtown

The interior is old but still okay, everything works well. Access is very good and facilities especially for children are complete. The supermarket is also very complete.

The elevator is rotten. When we got to the room, we were only given 3 glasses, no cutlery, even if we wanted to borrow some, there were none. There was no stove, we were only given 3 medium bottles of water.

The TV can't be turned on, but the facilities of the apartment, such as the swimming pool and children's playground, are okay.

Suitable for families and bringing children

everything was okay without realizing it when CO, it was hard to bring the grandchildren home, they were not satisfied playing in the park, this is a highly recommended place to bring the family, the downside is that there is no stove in the 3-bedroom unit, and you are not allowed to bring electrical appliances... how can we eat...

Everything is good but the proplem is there is no smoking room, and the balcony is locked their not allowing the guest to use the balcony, all rooms is non smoking, I used to stay there back in a days, and the the balcony was open not locked and smoking room, its too bad, and receptionist need to be more friendly they need to put more smiles in their faces, but it doesn't matter, at least bring back the smoking rooms, don't let your guests just come to the lobby or come down from the room just for smoking, that 's so annoying,
