book a room for 2 adults but given 1 person and forced to have an extra bed because the room for 2 people was full 😔 the information is a system error between traveloka and the hotel.
suggestion: immediately fix the synchronization between the application and the hotel system, so that the booker gets a room according to what was booked long in advance.

The place is comfortable and nice. Close to everywhere and the staff is friendly and moves quickly if there is something desired. The staff is also very friendly when you want to ask for the room to be cleaned. The room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel room facilities are quite complete, but for me there is only a lack of tissue. The bathroom is clean, the hot water works. The room is not soundproof because the sound of the door of another room closing is very loud. But overall, according to the price, it is recommended.

I ordered 3 rooms, there was 1 room where the bathroom still had hair left, and 1 other room had a small cockroach, actually the room smelled good and was comfortable enough to stay in a hotel because the cleanliness was lacking so it was a bit disturbing. Maybe the cleanliness could be maintained better.
