the hotel has a floor that is being renovated
the reception staff service is very friendly and good. we had a little problem immediately responded well by the hotel staff.
the location is close to bts chong nonsi exit 4. in the morning and afternoon there are lots of food vendors along the road towards bts sala daeng.
swimming pool on the 9th floor, can see many buildings.
this hotel can be an option if you want to go to bangkok.

The hotel is right next to the BTS station so it's very easy to get around. The room is small but clean, new furniture, no guests so I slept very well. The only thing to note is that I had to deposit 1k baht, which is a bit much because when I get it back, I'll be at the airport to return home, it will be difficult to use up the 1k deposit if I don't need to shop a lot at the airport. I can replace the deposit by leaving my passport. But I still hope the hotel has a lower deposit policy.

Second time here. The hotel has changed since my last visit 6 years ago, but the vibe and hospitality remains the same. Love the interior, cleanliness, and water pressure. However you can hear people walking outside the room, so soundproofing could be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are also okay, but one thing to note is that the number of guests checking in must be appropriate, otherwise you will be charged 😅

Stayed for 4 nights, unfortunately during 1st night was given a much smaller room. When I complaint, they said it's the same Exec room but only smaller & no sofa & not so comfy due to different wing. I am upset as this to me is unacceptable considering I paid higher for Exec room & room given on 1st night is so different from what I should get. Upon changing room to room facing BTS, then only I'm satisfied as it is so much bigger & comfortable

The room has no slippers, no toothbrush, bad soundproofing. Everything else is OK! Next to BTS Chong Nonsi, right at the hotel door is the foot of the BTS stairs, turn right after exiting the hotel and go up a bit, there is a lady selling grilled meat on the left, very delicious, 10 baht per stick. The wifi is a bit weak so the network keeps dropping out.

I recomand that Havent Met Bangkok is a grear hotel. Next to Chong Nonsi BTS to easy to go every where by BTS or MRT. Staff was so nice from Reception to HSK. The poof is the place you need to be here to take some pictures. ❤.

Overall, my experience with the hotel was good! Location is convenient: next to the bts station. Staff was nice: the reception 's service was quick, housekeepers were amiable and all rapid with their tasks. The room itself was worth the price: free wifi, toilet were clean, bedsheet was comfy, and not to mention TV connected with wifi helping me entertain when I was in the room. The only cons I found was some time of the day I could feel weird smell (not sure whether it came from the toilet or the sink). Anyway, I will consider staying here again in the future when visiting Bangkok!

My room was not clean at all, found some trash on the carpet. The window was too much oily spots. Find out the television didn't work, asking the staff to help me out, she said"our technician is already home". Seriously? At a four star hotel? What happen with the guests when they found some problem at the room? Once is enough!

Clean rooms, very strategic location close to BTS and seven 8 stations, friendly staff. Overall all good. If I go to Bangkok again, I will stay here.
