The service is top, picked up at the airport without having to wait long, the room is also okay, quiet. Will come back here again. Recommended.

Near Juanda airport. There is a free shuttle but limited so you have to book it quickly if there is a bus version like in Swissbel which is in Soetta airport, it is even better. The room is clean, comfortable, everything is as mentioned in the app.

The hotel is nice and the food is delicious. But 1 star for the security guard. Very disappointed because he looked down on guests who brought motorbikes. Why was he told to go through the entrance when we followed the signs that the exit was on the right. What's wrong with wanting to stay for a while at the hotel lobby entrance? It would be better to educate the security guard again. Btw my house is near the airport, my intention was to staycation in a hotel that is close to home and nice but the security guard did this to me. Oh one more thing, my room smelled musty to the point of asking the staff to spray perfume. The plates of food outside the room were not immediately removed and there were so many of them, not just my room. My parents' room too, even other people's leftover food from when we just checked in had not been removed.

For the service here is good. It's just that I regret that the water closet needs to be fixed because this is not a mall toilet but a HOTEL toilet. It should use a good and proper jet shower. Not using the side threaded one. I've stayed here 4 times, this is the first time I've gotten a water closet that doesn't fit in my opinion 😞 .
