The mattress was dirty, there were no towels and toiletries, no tissues or mineral water were provided.

Please clean the room unit starting from the floor of the room and the bathroom. Replace the TV remote if the battery runs out. The room is a bit smelly, the sheets are not very clean.

Creepy, mesum, teledor, and not safe. We, as a family, were looking for a place to stay via the app on the day we were staying, at night. Lack of cleanliness could be tolerated, but the abandoned building (bankrupt apartment) is a dead building for rent. We checked out 15 minutes after seeing the condition of the place we got.

Overall worth it, affordable price during high season, good facilities, quite private. A suggestion to improve the SOP for check-in & check-out time to match the time listed to avoid guests waiting.
