The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The atmosphere is warm and private. The dining area and hot water (coffee, tea, and sugar dispenser) are available 24/7. The swimming pool is clean and Instagram-worthy.

Book a more expensive room with ricefield view but only get a view of banana trees and the roof of the hotel's neighbors. The staff is not very friendly. The app says Batu Karu on the Shevilla Residence map. I got lost and went to another Batu Karu. Checking in at the wrong address was really late at night.
