Everything is normal but there are cockroaches and ants in the sink, please pay attention to cleanliness again

An apartment hotel But the apartments are quiet and neglected. The location is strategic, right on the edge of Bogor's main road.

When I entered the hotel, it smelled of cigarettes, it seemed like it had been used, not cleaned or sprayed, there were no towels, only one clothes hanger, please improve the cleanliness.

Easy check in, 24 hour staff, cheap fresh vegetables at the front.

There was still a lot of hair on the floor, the yellow sheets hadn't been changed, it seemed like the bedcover hadn't been changed, we were all itchy when we slept😭

The location is good, right in front of the main road, and there's also a Superindo supermarket on the top floor. However, the hotel area seems to be in disrepair, or perhaps under renovation. The swimming pool isn't very clean either. There might be ants in the hotel room if you store food. The refrigerator needs to be cleaned, but it's a shame it's still in good condition. The TV has YouTube and Netflix. The room could probably be freshened up or sprayed with some fragrance to freshen it up. The room is nice and spacious, but cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Overall, it's good.

Those who like to be alone, want to have some time, want to feel like a couple, this place seems to be perfect.

I’m thrilled to stay at this place; the accommodation is pleasant, and the rooms are tidy and clean as ordered. The 24-hour reception is so convenient, allowing me to check in anytime. The pool is beautiful and spacious, with a kid-friendly option, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back to stay here again.

Please maintain cleanliness. Towels have holes. The sink smells. The bathroom drain is clogged. There are rat droppings on the escalator. The room isn't cleaned daily. And the coffee isn't refilled daily. Breakfast isn't included.

Comfortable... Overall everything is good... I like the room, it's clean, there's no noise at all.

Cleanliness must be required again

With cheap prices but the facilities and services are very good.

There is no water heater/no hot water for bathing, and the facilities look outdated.

Hopefully in the future it will be better and the price of the food menu can be pocket-friendly... and prioritize providing morning drinks for customers such as coffee or tea and delicious snacks so that guests feel comfortable even though they are not given breakfast...

Food/culinary places are a bit far away. Cafes close earlier.

The bedsheets were dirty and had lots of stains. The room capacity was written for 4 people but in fact it was only for 3 people. If there were 4 people, one of them had to sleep on a chair. WTF?

Quiet, no officer at check in. Waiting

Comfortable and at home, next time come here again
