The hotel is clean, nice, and the staff are polite. My car was washed. The downside is that it's located on the side of the road, so the motorbikes are very noisy, especially on Sunday mornings because there's a motorbike sunmori in Lembang.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checkout, our vehicle had been cleaned (exterior). The room was okay, and the water heater was great. By the way, this is a non-AC hotel because the weather in Lembang is already quite cold. The food is delicious but lacks variety, which could be improved.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They quickly provided plates and basins, as well as cutlery. The car was also cleaned. The room, even without air conditioning, was very cool. All the amenities were usable, although not the cleanest ones, like the mat, plates, and toilet. However, the service was good, and they were always ready if there were any problems. The sink was clogged, and the staff quickly helped. The surrounding area smells a bit unpleasant. When I first arrived, it smelled a bit fishy. After that, it was gone, just the smell of cows, as it turns out there are a lot of cattle ranches nearby. The view directly to the mountains is great. Overall, it's a great stay here.🙏🏻😊

Family room 04 is quite nice, spacious enough for a family. The food is standard, but otherwise, it's good, and the car is cleaned in the morning.

Comfortable, clean rooms and close access to tourist attractions

We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, thank God the staff were friendly and quick, even though the hotel was old but it was quite comfortable. We got a room upstairs so we could hang out in the morning while looking at the view, we could also leave food in the freezer and were not charged additional charges + the car was wiped every morning. It is also close to the strawberry garden and the valley of the gods.
