Got a room upgrade because there were guests who asked for adjacent rooms. The local TV is very clear & complete so you can watch AFC U17 & Proliga Volley. Swimming pool ready. Coffee, tea & dispenser can be enjoyed as much as you like 😁

The accommodation is decent, the check in process is fast and the air conditioning is quite cold.

The hotel staff is friendly, communicative, my child had a nosebleed. So I immediately washed the sheets and pillowcases that were stained with blood. It disappeared immediately. I have communicated with the Tyta staff, they said it's okay to remove it with Bayclin. During my stay, I was allowed to bring a bicycle in front of the room. My room was in front of the park. Very kids-friendly. When I arrived, it turned out there was a cheaper room with a room that was not spacious for 180 thousand, maybe it could be included with the agent as an option. Every morning, I walk to Prawirotaman Market for 8 minutes. The market snacks are delicious, delicious and cheap.

Got room no 3 which is small compared to the other rooms, but once again I have no complain about it.

Roadside access, easy to find, close to everywhere, to Alun-alaun Kidul 5 minutes, to Malioboro 10 minutes, outside rooms, cold AC, working water heater, clean swimming pool, happy children.

The hotel area & rooms are very clean, it's just that there are noisy guests who disturb comfort. Otherwise, overall it doesn't disappoint.

Really recommended hotel, got it at the promo price, from check in to check out the service was good, the room was clean and spacious, the AC was on, the hot water was on, there was a place to make your own tea or coffee, you got 2 mineral water, really just right if you go to Jogja again Just book the hotel here 😁.

A highly recommended hotel, especially if you bring your family, the hotel is comfortable, super clean, fragrant sheets and towels, there is a water heater, cold AC, self-brewed coffee and tea are provided, super comfortable, many places to buy delicious breakfast, there are also souvenir shops, the environment is fun for walking around the hotel.

It was a pleasure to spend the night here, the price is pocket-friendly, the hotel has a swimming pool and friendly staff, recommended for tourists visiting Yogyakarta.

Kamarnya bersih, ada kolam renangnya, bersih, kebetulan anak-anak saya senang sekali berenang di situ.

Sudah langganan tiap ke jogja selalu nginap di sini. Good.

Tempatnya enak, bersih, kamarnya juga lumayan. AC nya dingin. Ada dispenser teh kopi gula bisa ambil sendiri. Ke Tempo Gelato tinggal jalan, banyak makanan di sekitar hotel, vibesnya seperti di Kuta, ada silver gallery namanya topaz, bagus-bagus banget silvernya. Overall tempatnya oke.

Super nyaman, gak ada yang mengecewakan, pelayanan mulai dari kamar sampai parkiran bener-bener baik, pegawai hotel semua ramah-ramah. Harga receh tapi pelayanan & kenyamanan tidak recehan 🫰.

Kebersihan excellent, semua fasilitas berfungsi, air deras, water Heater maksimal, AC dingin, kamar tipe superior luas, aku juga sama 2 anak. Kebersihan semua area hotel juga bagus. Cuma kurang di kolam renang maintenance nya. Saya nginep 6hr, di hari ke 4 udah males renang karena lantai kolam udah mulai kotor tapi belum di bersihkan juga sampe saya check out.
