Overall it's good, the room is spacious and clean. The downside is the wifi is a bit slow.

Lights out. Generator error. Rooms are not soundproof. Suggestion: lack of variety.

2 days regarding, day 1 the pool was closed for cleaning, day 2 it was closed because it was booked for a wedding event and couldn't even be used at 6am

There is a swimming pool and breakfast. The room is spacious and the air conditioning is quite cold.

The staff is not friendly. Lack of lighting and the room conditions are gloomy. The ceramic floor is loose and when taking a shower the water in the bathroom does not immediately absorb.

The receptionist was not friendly, in fact he tended to be a bit arrogant.

From the name I thought it was haunted but it wasn't hehe, the place was clean, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was pretty good, moreover the location was far from the highway so it was quiet and suitable for resting. I plan to stay here again next week 😁👍

It's really worth it if you have an activity at UI, you must book your hotel here.

The location within the UI area is suitable if you have business on campus because it is free from traffic jams in Margonda Raya and its surroundings, especially for visiting children who live in the UI dormitories. We took a suite room, so far the room is in line with the price, quite spacious and still spacious for 4 family members because there is a sofa bed, don't imagine a suite room in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Clean water, fragrant towels, cold AC, only a blanket is still visible there are one or two stains. And it seems like this guesthouse is trying to improve with all the limitations they have. We really appreciate the effort. Beautiful and calm environment, flat car parking Rp. 5000 once you enter the UI environment with a stamp from Wisma. Standard breakfast, self service. It seems like the variant is still ok for staying 1-2 days, I don't know if it's more than that. The TV/entertainment channels are quite varied, it's just that the TV 15-15 is too small for the suite room. It would be better if you upgraded to at least 32-32. Wi-fi must be scrambled if the visitors are busy. But if you have access, the Wi-Fi is pretty fast too. Of the dozens of times we have ordered hotels via Traveloka, only Wisma Makara responded "early" to our special request. Other hotels usually don't read it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is next to the UI dormitory, so I didn't have difficulty finding a hotel when visiting my child at the dormitory.

At breakfast time in the restaurant there was no one on duty. The bed sheets look like they haven't been laundered.

Very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, clean, adequate facilities include mineral water, coffee, tea, towels, brushes, toothpaste and soap. Easy access from UI station to Bikun.

Kamar bersih pelayanan petugas ramah, tapi sayang wifi tidak terjangkau di kamar. Bantal nya juga sudah lama dan keras.

Kursi kotor, air kotor, sprei ada kotoran cicak, lantai kotor.

Tempat nya seram sepi, no recom buat kita yang mau liburan.
