The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean

Mei, the hotel I stayed at during my treatment in Penang had quite good service.

Friendly staff. Close to food and medicine shops. The service is very good.

The room was very very clean, the bathroom was also clean, but the hotel staff were not friendly, the bed was not comfortable.

The room is quite clean and there are many food vendors and easy access everywhere.

The elevator to the 12th floor was a bit shaky, then we left our suitcases with the staff but our suitcases were only small, we wanted to carry them ourselves but were forced to carry them so we would give a tip, we knew check out was at 12 but we were called as if we didn't know the check out time, there were too many rules prohibiting smoking but we don't smoke and were asked to sign how many times, unlike competitors who are more simple and calm there

Strategic location, if you want to find food & breakfast, just cross the street in front of the hotel, if you want to go to the hospital, there is a free car to take you there every morning👍🏻

Hopefully other guests don't have the same experience as us 🙏😇

The rooms are clean and tidy plus spacious. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. The hotel area smells very good. I will stay at Mei Hotel again next time 👍

To Penang for medical treatment, at the Mei hotel there is a shuttle bus provided for us to go to the hospital. So it makes it very easy.

The overall experience was great, starting from our first step into the hotel. The greetings from the bell boy, quick and efficient check in, clean room and towel and surrounded by food courts!

They collected cash Deposits of myr 100 and myr 12 and only gave back myr 100 when we checked out, but the policy in the booking terms clearly said 0 deposit needed.
