Inside the resort doesn't have much activities except for in-room dining and it's far from the beach or any sea sport activities. Not suitable if you are looking for the Desaru beach similar.

The place is very beautiful, the pool is very big & friendly for children All the staff are friendly to customers The room is very beautiful, comfortable, clean, fragrant and new furniture The surrounding area is very clean, the water is also clean, there are fishing and cycling activities Food ala carte portions are plentiful and delicious + breakfast buffet many menus & delicious (if there are many new customers, the resort will make a breakfast buffet)

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. However, there are some things that need to be improved, namely the swimming pool is not clean and the fish pond near the block smells unpleasant when sitting on the balcony early in the morning. The rest is the best service. Thank you and very satisfied.

The room cleanliness was unsatisfied. There were stains on the curtains, bedsheet. Toilet was very slippery. Room floor was dusty & sticky. Was moved to another room the next day, but still was slightly dusty & stains on bedsheet. Fridge wasn't working as well. Was quite disappointed w the breakfast too. Spread wasn't as amazing as before. Wifi in block 3 was horrible as well. Although router was given, the router wasn't working most of the time. But kudos to the effort put in. The quality & service has went down too. Hopefully to see improvement!

Dirty room ... dirty balcony, dirty and smelly nature ... dirty refrigerator, especially on the side of the refrigerator wall. Sleep at night scared because of the sound of noisy monkeys running around on the roof. The floor of the room is sticky when stepped on.

in my booking it show have a breakfast meal but at the counter i'm ask about the breakfast and the reception tell me no breakfast

Nice ambiance with a great view. Room is ok even though its quite old. Staff is limited but they are committed and helpful. But need to improve on a pool condition.

I already called in advance (one day earlier) before checking in to ask for bbq price. and they said bbq can be handled on our own with no charge and sebana will not provide any apparatus for bbq. but as we checked in, they said no bbq and to have a bbq must pay rm88 per person. and all our bbq food were wasted! I have a blast one when I came to sebana last time and this is my second time and I am giving zero recommendation to come Sebana again! disappointed

Been here for 4 times already. Breakfast spread to be be improved. Housekeeping schedule need to be improved also. Other than that is ok and the resort surrounding view is superb.

All i like... Staff at restaurants all friendly but 1 of receptionist not friendly. When i check in he just silent. if we ask him, no respond. How come he can work at receptionist. But the rest ok.

Great for family vacation and relaxing

Very quiet, out of town resort.

Overall this hotel is satisfying and worth the price.

A comfortable place to stay. the service is good. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. the room service food is nice and the breakfast is good. will come back here again.
