Hotel near KL Sentral and mall, the room is very clean and friendly for muslim because there is a tap for ablution. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and are satisfied with the service.

What an incredible experience for having this hotel during our trip in Kuala Lumpur. The price, access, staff, cleanliness everything are good.

5 Nights stay here, comfortable & clean, H&C water also works, the staff are also friendly. if you want the room to be cleaned just tell the CS + put the tag on the algae. close to MRT & Monerel so it's safe to go anywhere. The food is quite suitable for our taste around the ABC Kendar hotel, the Mayan onion chicken is delicious 🤭 close to a minimarket. unfortunately I didn't enjoy the gym facilities because I was tired from walking all day. the staff named Bg Sajad is very kind, willing to help carry suitcases + take pictures. the important thing is if you want anything at the hotel just tell the staff. for check in / out is also fast. next time I will stay here again 👍

My third time staying at City Central Hotel. It was a good experience, the triple room is small without windows. However, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the room is clean, but I hope the hotel can upgrade the towels to be brand new towels. The location is just 100 meters to Kuala Lumpur sentral. The most worth-to-try low-cost budget hotel with a strategic location.

The hotel location is strategic, in front of the hotel is the central station. The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator

The staffs are very nice and helpful. When we checked in and checked out, Sajad helped us with our luggages. He also accompanied us to wait for the taxi on line outside the hotel to help carry the luggages into the taxi car. It was very helpful and nice of him. The location is great, very near to Nu train station, so it was easy to go by public transportation like LRT, MRT, and local train.

Strategic location, everywhere can be reached and right under the train station. Exit the hotel directly to the mall and station. Cold AC, clean room, although the room is a bit small. All staff are kids friendly to small children because I happened to bring a small child. All staff are also friendly and fast response

I'm staying with a family of 5 (me, baby, husband, and parents), thus I ordered 2 rooms with the expectation that these two rooms were next to each other. Turns out we get rooms that were very far from each other. The rooms were small but to be honest you get what you pay for. Location-wise, it's very close to Kuala Lumpur sentral station and to nu sentral mall.
