Very clean, nice staff, and senior-friendly hotel, mostly they have a lot of space enough to bring a wheelchair, the food is good, the coffee is good, I enjoy staying here, thank you for the experience

First time here for a break, and surprisingly, it was very comfortable.
Soft bed, comfortable air conditioning, nice bathroom, interesting TV channels, delicious and affordable food.
I'll be a regular if I'm stressed. Wait for me again.

This hotel is really nice and cool, strategically located close to the city center and malls, close to food vendors. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the hotel is clean. Really clean. The cool thing is that there are bolsters, which my son and I love. The pillows and bolsters look new, soft and thick. All the room facilities, from the AC which is really cold, the bathroom faucet works well. The food is also delicious. Best, recommended. Next time, I will definitely stay here again, see you next time 💜

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. Every time I visit SBY, I always stay here. Besides the clean rooms and friendly staff, the price is also quite affordable. I always book a family room with three beds, which would cost over a million rupiah in other hotels...😅
