The room is not very soundproof, but still ok. The location is close to the old city of Surabaya. For breakfast, it is varied but can be improved for taste. The check-in and checkout process is fast. Overall worth the price

Overall ok with a 3 star hotel and the price we chose, we also like the heritage appearance of the hotel, the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the bathroom water channel because the water hole is on the high floor area, so the water flows down and then towards the door and stagnates. What concerns me again is that ordering a coffee machine for latte, cappuccino etc. is subject to additional costs excluding breakfast, while we have also paid additional breakfast for the children, that's all, thank you. The room smells like sewer. The AC is not cold. The hotel does not live up to its rating. Very disappointed.
