The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean.

Nice place to staycation, or family time

Good good all is good from the service.

Nice place for family but for meal it 's so poor and expensive.

The hotel staff was not friendly at check-in, the deposit requested was very large and was not announced from the start, there were no plates and spoons in the kitchen. The swimming pool is not motorized well and there are ceramic shards that could injure those who swim.

Recommend for staycation with family.

Restaurant tutup awal, saya sudah berapa kali nginap di sini dan lupa membeli air mineral dari luar. Tiap jali saya telpon resepsionis dia bilang tak busa lagi kasih padahal saya bilang mau bayar lagi, resepsionis bilang tak ada stok karena resto sudah tutup. Untuk sekelas villa dan resepsionis tidak bilang tidak asa stok air minum itu tidak masuk akal. Sampai saya bilang barangkali ada security bisa beli keluar karena gojek dari tadi tidak ada yang menerima orderan saya, dan mereka bilang meraka tak ada security stanby. Semuanya patroli. Kalian yakin sama villa macam ni?

The villa is really cool and for billing, only the breakfast is lacking.

Suasana villa nya sangat nyaman dan segar karena menggunakan konsep penghijauan serta berada di atas danau. Interiornya pun memukau dan nyaman untuk ditinggali, terutama pada toiletnya dan private pool.
