Hotel recommendations for family vacations, this is the umpteenth time I have used Hotel Augusta.

The hotel staff is friendly, check in is easy, the environment is beautiful, across from the hotel you can go directly to the beach, the facilities are complete, only the wifi is not very good

A pretty impressive hotel in the Pelabuhan Ratu area with fairly complete facilities and a strategic location. If you want to go to the beach, just cross the street. The rooms have balconies overlooking the pool. Breakfast is simple but quite tasty. The downsides are the lack of hot water and the TV only has four local channels. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, everything is quite good.

The room is spacious, there is no water heater but a thermos is provided for hot water if you want to make coffee/tea, there is a dining table, there is a balcony, there is a long seating area. There is a large parking area. Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, garden, children's play area. Access to the beach is just across the road. Overall, it's quite good. It would be better if it was equipped with a refrigerator and a water heater.

The bathroom is clean, the room is spacious and clean. The place is comfortable and quiet.

The room is nice and comfortable, the food is also delicious and varied, the only minus is that the front door can't be locked. No. 114 family room seems to be old... and the wifi is slow for watching and using a cellphone. Maybe the wifi power needs to be charged more, thanks.

I'm still wondering why the review is 7.7 when it's actually good and comfortable. It's an old building, but overall it's comfortable. The swimming pool is also big and clean, nice.

I'm surprised the app rating is only 7.7. I was skeptical at first until I checked out the room. It's an older building, but it's clean and comfortable. I'll probably stay here again if I ever visit Pelabuhan Ratu.

I often stay here, this is the first time I tried the super family room, the room is indeed big, but the AC is not cold, all night our family slept uncomfortably, the AC was only hot and blowing. The children cried and couldn't sleep. The AC often turned off by itself, I asked the rooms on the right and left, it kept turning off, maybe the AC power supply wasn't strong enough so it kept going down. and 1 LG for the receptionist who was in front of the guy on duty at 1 pm on the 13th. If you say the new room can be entered at 2, don't be curt, we paid bro. The room was ready but they said there were still guests, I checked the empty super family room in a ready state. and last Sunday I came at 1 am the room was ready we were allowed to enter. Rooms 114 and 319 had AC problems. Please replace the AC which is no longer suitable. The room lock cannot be locked from the outside. The towels are bad. Be careful not to leave valuables in the room.

I stayed for one night with my family and chose a deluxe balcony room and booked two. Room: Very spacious, clean enough. Staff: Friendly. Facilities: No water heater, no hot water for showering. The Wi-Fi signal is strong but there's no internet access. Overall, it's pretty good. Please improve the service/facilities. Oh yeah, the door lock is hard to lock when we want to leave.

The room was as ordered and of course access to the beach was just a short walk across, this is the third time I have always chosen to stay here.
