Good hotel in the city center

close to KL Sentral station, in front of the hotel there are many food vendors, close to the mall the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, this hotel is highly recommended if you want to go to KL

small room, unfriendly staff, bad environment

with the expensive price of a family room, I got a small room with a broken water heater, small water, very amateur service..I'm fed up of staying at this hotel...thank you

Stayed for 4 nights, everything was fine no complaints at all except the water pressure in the shower could be better and pillows could be comfier. Receptionist was friendly and housekeepers did their job properly cleaning my room throughout the stays. However, I think I left my phone in the room and realised it while I was in the airport. Contacted them via their Facebook account but no reply and they didn't contact me at all. Luckily it was a very old worthless phone with no SIM card. I'm using it only for gaming. Funny thing is someone has tried to log into my email lol. Still a recommended hotel if you plan to stay in KL Sentral.

The room is small but the position is just right, so it's not cramped when you enter. There are windows so there's ventilation, it's not stuffy. The hotel seems new, so it's clean and the mattress is nice and firm.

close to NU Sentral. easy transportation. Best receptionist "Harun". many places to eat around the hotel... malls are close. easy to go anywhere.

The room is very beautiful and the bathroom too, the location is very strategic, very close to the city center, the staff is very friendly.

Close to NU mall and from NU mall have direct access to Kuala Lumpur sentral, so easy mobility during visit

The staff is not friendly, the building is ugly, the objects are old, it's better to look for another place.

The location was so good, close to Kuala Lumpur sentral monorail and MRT. It 's convenient because a lot of food truck, restaurants, and convenient store nearby. But, there is no hairdryer provided in the hotel. So please edit the facilities caption. Other than that, the staffs are helpful.

The check-in and check-out process is a bit of a wait because there are only 1 staff. The location is close to Nu mall which passes through Kl Sentral. Lots of Chinese and Indian food. There are also lots of vegetarian foods. The room is a bit small but OK.
