The hotel staff was all friendly, the room was comfortable, clean, spacious, soundproof, and the AC was cool. Overall, everything was fine. Unfortunately, there were no hangers or hooks for hanging clothes. The first time I turned on the shower, the water smelled, but after that, it was fine, it didn't smell, just at first.

I booked the cheapest option (around 130,000 Rupiah) in the middle of the night for a layover and still managed to check in. Room-wise, the room was spacious enough for a family. Vehicles parked in front of the room, and the hotel is like a hostel, but behind the hall, so vehicles were safe. Facilities included a non-smart TV, cool air conditioning, a spacious and clean toilet with shower, and soap and shampoo. I was also provided with two towels and two bottled water bottles, even though I booked for one person. The only downside was the clothes hangers, which were only available in the toilet, but otherwise, it was well worth the money. Service-wise, the customer service team on WhatsApp was very responsive to my messages before check-in. The staff who escorted me were very friendly and easy to talk to, unlike the front desk, who seemed a bit withdrawn (perhaps tired, but not grumpy). I would 100% return here if I had to transit through Ketapang Port.

A perfect hotel for transit, as it's very close to the Ketapang harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly, guiding me from check-in to convenient parking. The parking space is spacious and can be found right in front of my room. However, since it's an older hotel, the bed and sheets were spotlessly clean, but the appearance is a bit dull and needs to be updated if possible.
