The room is very comfortable and the price is friendly. The breakfast menu is plentiful and delicious. The swimming pool water is murky and dirty (the swimming pool filter needs to be repaired.

The receptionist staff, security, restaurant staff are friendly and agile. Nice rooms, nice swimming pool. Very suitable for a staycation with children. The food is varied and delicious.

The smelly room was not given any toilet freshener. I have made a special request for the upper floor. The check-in time listed is 2 pm. Arrived at the hotel half past three. The receptionist's excuse was that all the upper floor rooms were full. Online check-in is not possible. Surprisingly, in half an hour, all the upper floor rooms were full. There is no smoking room area, tired of going back and forth to the restaurant to smoke. Even though there is a window. But on average, all the rooms are non-smoking. And not all rooms have balcony facilities. Traveling all the way there can get a room with a connecting room, so privacy is disturbed. Why can't you choose a room? To the hotel, please pay attention to the facilities. Where the mini bar is not cold after a night? How is that a star hotel?

Regarding the available balcony/upper floor rooms, you can make a reservation online/application with the Deluxe Executive floor option, for these rooms are indeed allocated for guests whose reservations have balconies in their rooms, of course with different prices. For special request allocations listed in the note during purchase, we can provide base on available on that day, while for your reservation, it is in the deluxe standard type without a balcony. We apologize for the inconvenience, of course we will prioritize first, guests who have booked according to the booking options/prices paid. And for all rooms, smoking is not allowed, smoking is only for rooms with balconies, and of course it can only be done on the balcony. And for the future, you can make a reservation on the deluxe executive floor for rooms with balconies. And regarding the full rooms on the upper floors, they have extended/stayed for several days ago. Regarding the minibar available in the room, it is in accordance with the standards that apply to all rooms.
