Capsule beds need a lot of repairs. Consider making a bigger bedroom than the bathroom.

The facilities provided are quite complete, but the capsule I occupied could not be locked so I could not leave my belongings when going out even just to the mini market. The storage cabinet provided also did not have a lock.

Actually, when I first checked in, the receptionist's response on WA was really good. Responsive and helped me who checked in late. However, when I wanted to check out, I asked about the late check out via WA, the response was very slow, only replied an hour later when I was done. I couldn't ask downstairs because I was sick. That's why I wanted to check out late. A little disappointed, hopefully the service can be improved regarding the response

Only 1 AC work and it makes the capsule hot. The lift is also broken. The only positive things in here are the staff's friendliness and the wifi.

There are many things that need to be fixed, the room is not cool enough if you are in a capsule, the reading light in the capsule is not working, the TV is broken, and the locker room for my capsule is broken so I have to put my stuff in the lobby, for the friendliness of the staff I give a thumbs up 10/10 but for the facilities 4/10.

The receptions are very friendly and very helpful (because there was a slight mistake when booking), the security is also friendly, the room is clean, fragrant, the AC is also nice and cold, the hot water is also smooth, the location is quite strategic, there is a hair dryer, electric kettle, the TV works well, there are many power outlets. The downside: the door handle looks like it's about to come off, the water dispenser is not checked whether it's empty or not. Overall it's very good.

The security guard was quick to help carry my suitcase. The staff was also very friendly. The capsule was clean and there was a toilet in each room. So women didn't have to bother going out. It's just that the AC was too cold for the room. I even asked the staff to help set the AC temperature, because there was no AC remote in the room. There was hot water. The toilet was clean. Very close to Plaza Surabaya and the Submarine Monument. Most importantly, there was an elevator. So I didn't get tired lifting my suitcase.

The gentlemen on duty are friendly, kind and respond to guests' requests. It would be better if management added a check list to check facilities every day, such as toilet paper refills, drinking water dispensers, and others. And maybe you can make it a rule for guests not to wear shoes when going to the toilet in the room, because there are some people who are not self-aware and dirty the room and toilet because their shoes get wet and their footprints go everywhere.
