Very good for family vacation

Got a room that was not suitable, lots of dust, the refrigerator was not cold and was no longer suitable for use, the bathroom lights were dim, the sink was blocked, the TV speaker was broken, the wifi couldn't be used, there was an additional charge for changing rooms. The only thing that was okay was the bf, the menu was quite complete & the taste was quite good

This is a deluxe type room, we can get a city view directly to the street too.. everything is okay.. the staff, the cleanliness, etc.. but, the AC is a bit lacking xixixi

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. The vibes are very comfortable for resting. The bathroom is clean and hot water can always be used anytime. I have been a subscriber since 2021, whether there is an event, work and so on, always choose this hotel as a place to stay even though it is far from the venue.

The service is very satisfying, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is also delicious.

There are many small cockroaches in the room and this is very bad for your health.

When checking in to the room (room 306) there was still a lot of rubbish in the trash can (not yet cleaned), the floor of the room had not been cleaned, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged so the water remained stagnant for a long time, the other KL was okay, just needed to be controlled by the housekeeping department.
