This hotel is more like a 2 star, not a 4 star. The beach is actually not behind the hotel but in front of the hotel. The small swimming pool is more like a fish pond. The gym equipment is basic and outdated. For breakfast, there is only bread and hot tea. The room is very clean. The basement is very dirty. The bathroom is not clean. There are blood stains on the sheets. The receptionist is very unfriendly. The hotel hallway is dimly lit. It's a bit scary

The pillow very bad. Every thing is OK.

Check in late night as my flight was delayed,. But sadly plan to relax on jacuzzi not working! Inform to the staff one senior lady in charge she looks too clever until doesn't put any respect for us the guest. The next day 10am the just fix the jacuzzi which is another 2 hours to check out time

Breakfast is not varied, there are not many choices.

The staff is friendly. The location is good. The rest room is clean but the interior is old. The elevator is old and small = > need to innovate and decoration again. The hotel is not 4 stars, it is under 3 stars. I rate 5, because I would like the hotel to be better.
