The staff is friendly, but with the same price compared to the hotel next door, the comfort in this hotel is generally not recommended. And, when breakfast at 08.30 all the remaining sandwiches were gone. The restaurant staff said that all the menus were out according to the guest list. A few hours later, the hotel spv chatted to apologize... But I was still annoyed, luckily I only booked for 1 night

for the price I think it's not worth it with the hotel facilities, example: -no lift -lobby has no AC or even if there is, it doesn't feel cold -breakfast only 3 menus and there is bread -when checking out there was no officer to help lift my luggage from the 3rd floor to the lobby

The location is very strategic in the city center, there are minimarkets and eateries around, unfortunately the room area is not that clean, the sheets, pillow cases seem to have to be replaced at this price, it is better to prepare your own towels because the ones given are not good enough, for the breakfast menu it is available according to the information at 7 o'clock, but before that it is ready, the food tastes good too.

In my personal opinion, the hotel room is not worth it, considering the room is dusty, the sheets make your body itchy, I don't know if it's because of the dust or what, the bathroom is also not very clean 🙏.

The towels are already worn out, but overall everything is neat and clean. The internet is also smooth. The breakfast is delicious, the location is in the middle of Palu city.

This hotel is located at a strategic location. The room and bathroom was quite clean. I think their price is very fair (and you still get breakfast at that price).

Stay di hotel ini sudah beberapa kalinya, overall room and breakfast ok sesuai dengan budget hotel tawarkan, bagi traveler yang membawa koper banyak mungkin bisa minta bantuan Helper hotel, karena tidak ada fasilitas lift untuk lantai kamar atas.
