Pillow kamar nya berbau. Pertama minta ganti, di ganti sarungnya, berikutnya masih bau jadi di ganti sampai pillow-pillownya.

Baru pertama kali menginap di MBS sama keluarga. Senang banget disambut dengan resepsionis yang super ramah, kami dapat kamar luxury floor 51, fasilitas luxury dengan kamar city view yang pemandangannya bagus banget, rasanya gak mau tidur lihat pemandangan Singapura lewat jendela, kalau ke Singapura wajib nginap di sini. Đến MBS vào ngày trời trong , chị lễ tân đáng yêu còn cho ở tầng 34 trọn view garden rất đẹp . Cảm ơn MBS đã cho 2 mẹ con ngày nghỉ tuyệt vời .

Diberikan kamar di lantai paling rendah dan sinyal tidak ada, padahal dari pemesanan di awal sudah permintaan lantai atas dan check in normal di pukul 15.00 (tidak minta early check in) dan begitu sampai 15.15 kamar masih belum ready tunggu akhirnya dikasihkan kamar lantai 5 yang view jalan raya dan tidak baik. Dengan harga yang dibayarkan menyesal untuk menginap ke 2x nya thanks.

This is the 9th time I've stayed at the MBS hotel since it was first built. Clean spacious rooms, view garden tower 3, 46th floor. The swimming pool is quiet in the morning and the afternoon is busy, the gym is on the 55th floor with standard equipment.
