first experience staying here when going to Semarang, for access to the city near, coincidentally staying here when it was still Eid so the hotel was full. got room 910 for my parents and I was in room 911. for the receptionist the service was fast, there was also 1 officer who helped lift the goods very helpful. when I arrived at room 911, the room felt a bit cold, I don't know if it had just been cleaned or the previous occupant who cleaned it carelessly. because I saw there were fingerprints on the bedcover. even though I checked in at around 7pm. for the cleanliness of the room it was a bit lacking, the floor was already shabby and not pleasing to the eye, the sink was also shabby. and the AC took a long time to cool down. the advantage of the room was because it was above so the view was good. for the breakfast service, the officers were actually quite fast, it's just because it was a holiday so there was a bit of a queue and I couldn't get a seat. luckily the employees were very helpful in finding additional chairs temporarily. in terms of taste, the food was standard, just not much variety. for the parking lot was full so it was parked across from the hotel, when checking out the security was very helpful in getting the car across. overall quite satisfied except for the room which seemed to need to be renovated, especially the floor which was shabby.
