the staff is friendly, the location is strategic, close to shopping centers, places to eat and the Simpang Lima field. the room itself is comfortable, it's just that the bathroom still smells musty and the water tap is a bit dirty when it's first turned on, but then the water flows smoothly, hot and cold, the breakfast is also delicious, it's just that many of the other foods have been finished..over all good..it can be an experience and of course if I go to Semarang I can stay here again...thank you

The hotel is old, the hair dryer is still an old hair dryer that I have never seen before in other hotels so it can be said to be old or antique. When used, it still works well even though the algae layer is open so I'm afraid to use it again. The AC is not cold enough so it's not comfortable to sleep. The breakfast place is also not comfortable because it's hot even though it's indoors, and the smoking area is actually cooler.

First time staying here... the hotel is nice, there are lots of culinary and malls... stayed during Eid al-Fitr... for Eid prayers, just cross the street to the Baiturrahman mosque at Simpang Lima... the Eid food is delicious... there is ketupat sayur and opor... thank you, we really enjoyed it

Parking is a hassle, elevators are crowded, cramped.

The security guard is very helpful when parking vehicles.

perfect for the location. close to the mosque and culinary just get off from the hotel. for cleanliness okay. but because I was quite long sometimes the sheets were not changed if we did not ask for a change. soo.. please be better in serving yaaa. thank you

The hotel location is close to the city center, easy to find food. The room is spacious, the water heater is outdated but immediately replaced by the staff. There is a free valley service from the hotel staff.

check in time had to wait 45 minutes, even though it was check in time but the room was not ready. along the hallway it smells bad, the room is neat but not clean, dusty, smells bad, there is no toilet air circulation, noise from the next room is clear, furniture and interior are outdated, when booking the swimming pool is still available, and at check in it cannot be used, the gym equipment is outdated, maybe this hotel is old but maintenance is lacking so it's a double kill. the plus is only the strategic location and friendly staff.
