The water is dirty, there are no towels, the room smells musty, the room can't be locked, please fix it again.

The hotel has been very chaotic, the place used to be clean. Now the paint on the walls is mildewed. The bathroom was dirty and the water was like sewer water. It's a mess. I stayed 2 nights without showering. I bought water at Indomaret to brush my teeth and wash my face.

Not as advertised. Yellow water. Small water like water droplets. Looking for 1 bucket takes 5 hours. The toilet water is not smooth. Very not recommended.

Service is not friendly, toilets are dirty and mossy. Toilet fixtures not working properly.

Got a room with very minimal facilities, the water was small, the toilet water was jammed, got 1 towel, the towels were like a dirty and black foot mat. The door lock is broken, the air conditioner is leaking. The point is not really.

An additional 10% tax is charged for dirty bathrooms. Smelly room.

It's really bad, I don't recommend it for staying.

Kamar mandi jorok banget. Air kuning dan kecil. Handuk kecil. Mohon mangemen hotel memperhatikannya. Setidaknya kamar mandi bersih aja. Walau air kecil.

Bad service hotels ask for 10% payment even though in the application they have paid and worse, the toilet is dirty, the water is cloudy, not 2x the worst hotel.

The bathroom is really dirty, just don't stay there, the room is also dirty. In terms of location is good in the middle of the city. I'm really sorry that I stayed, just not comfortable.

The room is not clean. The blankets and pillowcases smell like they haven't been replaced. There were blood stains and the pillow smelled of sweat. Because bringing teenagers will be charged by the hotel. The toilet flush button doesn't work. But the room boy is good.

Less satisfied. The tv display was broken, there was no hot water, we were told to pay 10% tax of the price we paid.

Yellow water, tattered towels & only given 1, the bathroom is badly dirty like it's never been cleaned, the tv is off, the sheets don't know whether it's been replaced or not because there's a lot of hair, what's worse is that the deposit is cut on the grounds that if you order via the application there is an additional fee. It's better to find another hotel instead of coming here, zonk

When we stayed on November 6, 2021 for 2: room, we were very disappointed because: 1. The water discharge in the bathroom was very small, it didn't even come out at all, so we couldn't take a shower, etc. 2. Unavailability of towels, the receptionist explained because it was raining there were no dry towels to use.
