the building is actually nice and containable, but unfortunately the lobby, hallway, and inside the room are a bit stuffy (not fresh and fragrant). the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust and jet shower so we had a bit of trouble when our child defecated. the restaurant for breakfast is really good, clean and delicious, around the hotel is close to food ranging from street vendors to fancy. please consider the maintenance of the building and the room

my second stay at this hotel. what so great about this hotel is its location. with so many restaurants and coffee shops in the hotel's immediate vicinity, you will not get bored.
out of so many 4 star hotels that I have stayed, Artotel is one of the best when it comes to food on its buffet. everything is delicious and fresh. wifi speed is also okay, not the fastest, but most definitely not the slowest I've ever experienced in a hotel.
one aspect that can be improve is the car parking situation.

First time to Jogja and stay here, so it makes a great impression. The room is not too spacious but when you enter it feels spacious because the interior is just right. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast is really great. Every day the food is delicious and the chili sauce is really chili sauce, because we are from Bali and when in Jogja it was a bit difficult to find chili sauce that fits in the mouth. Hehehe. The service is extraordinary. I am a hotelier and admit that the service here is really excellent without a doubt. Thank you so much.

The staff service is very friendly, even in the elevator corridor they are politely escorted. The parking security guard is also very informative in serving until the parking lot neatly. The receptionist especially 🙂 The super aesthetic room is very much like it, sorry we made a mess because we made a sureprize in the room. It's very comfortable to stay here,
it's just that there is no Netflix so rest with HP entertainment
