the view is really nice

The room is clean, close to the city center, but the TV is not a smart TV. Nowadays, TVs are still not smart TVs, which is really lacking. The entertainment in the room is only that. The others are good.

I like to stay here because it is strategically close to tourist attractions, the center of "even many culinary in front of the hotel, for the staff I really like because all are friendly and very helpful especially the security is really helpful 👍. Then for breakfast maybe it can be improved in the fried rice section because I ate fried rice 2x it smelled burnt but the others are okay. For the room overall I like it only the bathroom lights are a bit flickering and when I first arrived the soap had not been refilled maybe it can be improved to be more ready to receive guests, oh yes the soundproofing of the room is a bit lacking because I always heard noisy people from the upper floor for 2 nights. the swimming pool is really good, that's my experience overall I like it and I will come back again if I go to Batu, thank you 😊👍

my experience here was TERRIBLE. i booked for a connecting room and they didn’t gave any confirmation about it earlier so we get the room quite far from both room. second of all, when i come to the toilet, i found that dirty amenity with a VERYYY LONGGGG hair sticking on it. third, borrowing another towel is illegal guys!!! they didn’t provide me a pool towel so i ask for a room towel, and they charge me money without telling me anything. i personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE EVER. i never reviewed bad about a hotel, but this is beyond my patience alrd. i am very pissed with the staff and everyone here. thanks for the bad experience, de lobbi suite.
