Dirty pillow sheets. Towels are no longer suitable for use. The room smells musty without any air freshener. The bathroom only has hot water for the first 5 hours. The AC remote control has no display. Is it worth the price of almost 500K? The sugar seems to be no longer suitable to be served because the package is torn. This month's stay at Hotel Delima was really unpleasant. Hopefully the hotel management can fix it. Hopefully it won't happen to customers who make hotel reservations via Traveloka in the future.

Hopefully it will be renovated and cleaned up. Especially the bath towels.

The hotel staff was friendly when checking in, the room was comfortable and the surrounding environment was friendly.

The first impression when entering was not good. The employees seemed to not care about the guests, the room and bathroom smelled uncomfortable. The reception was often empty, so I only stayed for 1 day and then checked out and looked for another hotel.

The location is on the edge of Ahmad Yani Street, Kertak Hanyar, close to laundry, pharmacy, minimarket. The room is quite spacious, only the cleanliness of the hotel hallway is lacking. The staff service is good and very helpful. Breakfast is available which tastes enough.

For the friendly and responsive staff, the rooms need to be renovated to make them comfortable because there are leaks, the toilet doesn't smell good (smells of sewage), the sink is a bit clogged... for the absorption, it's okay according to the price, check in and check out are not complicated... according to the price

I ordered an executive room but the bathroom was flooded, the sink tap was wobbly, the toilet seat was loose, the floor of the room was not swept and smelled musty, plus the bathroom towels were grey so it looked shabby, I asked to change rooms but the result was still the same

Delima Hotel should pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is very dirty, the bathroom walls, sink and toilet are yellow. Until I took the initiative to brush it myself. Likewise, the bed still had other people's hair when I first arrived, indicating that the sheets had not been changed. Drinking glasses are also dirty and still have stains. Return Delima to the way it was when it first opened, fragrant and clean.

The AC is not cold enough. The bathroom is not clean enough. Hopefully the cleanliness of the hotel will be improved.
